Refund & Cancellation Policy

At MrPanel, we strive to provide the best possible service to all our customers. This Refund & Cancellation Policy outlines the terms and conditions under which refunds or credits may be issued.

By using our services, you acknowledge and agree to the following refund terms. Please read this policy carefully before making any purchases.

General Refund Policy

Due to the digital nature of our services, all sales are final once an order has been placed and processing has begun. However, we understand that issues may arise, and we handle them on a case-by-case basis.

Funds deposited into your MrPanel account balance are non-refundable to your original payment method. Deposited funds can only be used to purchase services on our platform.

Eligible for Credit/Refund

You may be eligible for a balance credit or partial refund in the following cases:

  • Non-Delivery: If an order was not delivered within the estimated time frame and we are unable to fulfill it, you will receive a full credit to your MrPanel balance.
  • Partial Delivery: If only a portion of the ordered quantity was delivered, you will be credited for the undelivered portion.
  • Wrong Service: If you received a different service than what was ordered due to a system error, we will correct the order or issue a credit.
  • Duplicate Payment: If a payment is accidentally processed twice, the duplicate amount will be refunded or credited.
  • Service Outage: If a prolonged service outage prevents your order from being processed, you may be eligible for a credit.

NOT Eligible for Refund

Refunds or credits will NOT be issued in the following cases:

  • Orders that have been fully delivered and completed.
  • Followers, likes, or views that have dropped after delivery (unless a non-drop guarantee is explicitly stated for the service).
  • Orders placed with incorrect links or information by the user.
  • Accounts that are set to private during service delivery.
  • Dissatisfaction with the speed of delivery when within estimated delivery times.
  • Orders for services that violate third-party platform terms of service.
  • Requests made after 30 days from the date of purchase.

Chargebacks & Disputes

Filing a chargeback or payment dispute without first contacting our support team is a violation of these terms. If you file a chargeback:

  • Your account will be immediately suspended.
  • All pending and future orders may be cancelled.
  • We reserve the right to permanently ban you from our platform.
  • We may take legal action to recover the disputed funds and associated costs.

We strongly encourage you to contact our support team first before initiating any disputes with your payment provider. We are committed to resolving all issues fairly and promptly.

How to Request a Refund

To request a refund or credit, please follow these steps:

  1. Log in to your MrPanel account.
  2. Navigate to Dashboard → Support and create a new ticket.
  3. Select "Refund Request" as the ticket category.
  4. Provide your Order ID, description of the issue, and any supporting evidence (screenshots, etc.).
  5. Our support team will review your request and respond within 24-48 hours.

Refund Processing Time

  • Balance Credits: Processed within 24-48 hours of approval.
  • Payment Method Refunds: If eligible, refunds to your original payment method may take 5-10 business days depending on the payment processor.
  • Cryptocurrency Refunds: Due to the nature of blockchain transactions, crypto refunds may take up to 7 business days.
